For our client, an international market research company located in Amsterdam, we are looking for:

Native Russian speakers for at least three shifts a week, roughly one month

Our client currently employs around 1000 employees globally and generates market insights via telephone surveys.

Vacature Informatie
As a call agent you are very important to our client as you will be be the first person to have contact with the research target group. Therefore it's important that you have a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.

As a call agent you will interview individuals or households for a specific topic in order to collect all the information needed to make a complete research report.

Our client works with different shifts. From monday to friday there are morning and afternoonshifts. The morning shift is from 08:30am till 12:30pm and the afternoon shift is from 1pm till 5pm. In order to qualify for this job you need to have a minimum availability of three shifts a week.

Werkzaamheden
- You will contact a research target group and interview them in Russian;
- Record all the requested information;
- Present the results to the client.

Functie eisen
- Native Russian;
- Good communication skills;
- Professional attitude;
- Available for at least three shifts a week;
- Living in or near Amsterdam;
- Flexible.
