For our client, an international market research company located in Rotterdam, we are looking for:

Native English speakers for conducting telephone interviews, with an availability of 16 hours a week or 4 shifts per week.

Our client currently employs globally. Their core product is generating market insights via telephonic surveys. The insights that are gathered via telephonic surveys can help their clients develop their customer experiences, product strategies and brand awareness.

Vacature Informatie
For our client we are searching for native English speakers. According to a standard script you will ask questions to consumers and/or companies. The examinations are sprouting and diverse. Moreover you will always work for acknowledged organizations.

The telephonic surveys are conducted via call-agents. These call-agents are very important for the organisation. As an call-agent you are the first person to have contact with the research target group. Therefore you need to have an professional attitude.

As a call-agent you will interview individuals of a specific research and collect information needed to make a research report. The respondents that will be questioned via the surveys are selected by the organisation.

In order to qualify for this job you need to have a minimum availability of 16 hours per week of 4 shifts per week. There will also be a training. This is every Tuesday and Thursday from 08:45 - 17:00 hour.

Thee hours are from 09:00 - 17:00. These hours are divided in the following shifts:
- 09:00 - 12:30;
- 13:00 - 17:00;
- 17:00 - 21:00;
- Or you can work from 09:00 - 17:00 from Monday until Friday.

Werkzaamheden
- Contact a research target group and interview them in your own language;
- Record all the requested information;
- Present the results to the clients.

- Bachelor/Master education;
- Native English speaker;
