For our client, an international market research company located in Amsterdam, we are looking for:

Native German speakers from for at least three shifts a week

Our client currently employs around 1000 employees globally and generates market insights via telephone surveys.

Vacature Informatie
As a call agent you are very important to our client as you will be be the first person to have contact with the research target group. Therefore it's important that you have a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.

As a call agent you will interview individuals or households for a specific topic in order to collect all the information needed to make a complete research report.

Our client works with different shifts. The morning shift is from 09:00 - 13:00 and the afternoon shift is from 13:30 - 17:30. In order to qualify for this job you need to have a minimum availability of three shifts a week.

Werkzaamheden
- You will contact a research target group and interview them in German;
- Record all the requested information;
- Present the results to the client.

Functie eisen
- Native German speaker;
- Good communication skills;
- Professional attitude;
- Available for at least three shifts a week;
- Living in or near Amsterdam;
- Flexible.
