For our client, an international market research company located in Amsterdam, we are searching for:

Danish, Norwegian and Swiss-German native speakers for conducting telephonic interviews

At the market research company are currently around 600 employees working who mostly make interview calls for international projects.

Vacature Informatie
Callagents are very important for this company. You will be the first person to have contact with the clients, so you have to be correct and professional. You will interview the clients and collect information needed to make a research report. The respondents you are questioning are selected by the company.

You have to be available for 12 hours per week, that means a minimum of 3 shifts of 4 hours.

You can work the following shifts:
Shift 1: morning shift 08.30 - 12.30
Shift 2: afternoon shift 12.00 - 16.00
shift 3: evening shift 16.30 - 20.30
Saturday shift 10.00 - 15.00

Werkzaamheden
- You will contact customers and interview them in your own language;
- Collect all the information as you need;
- Work out the information in the computer;
- Present the results to the clients.

Functie eisen
- Living in or near Amsterdam;
- At least 12 hours a week available;
- Speak Danish, Norwegian or Swiss-German fluently;
- Communicative skills;
- Persuasiveness;
- Flexible;
